The Serengeti needs no introduction. The Great Wildebeest Migration is perhaps the world’s most sought after wildlife experience. Travelers will head straight to the revered savanna plains to watch nature’s most incredible performance: The Great Migration. It is set in the Serengeti National Park, the largest in Africa, and thousands of migrating buffalo, wildebeest and zebra stampede across the plains in a mass of hooves and dust to find greener pastures. Observing Africa’s famed wildlife from the safety of a 4x4 Safari vehicle surely is one of life’s most memorable experiences and so we have handpicked this private guided bush experience to ensure you get to see the best of Africa’s wildlife extravaganza!

Second to none, the Ngorongoro Crater itself is a natural phenomenon – 300 square kilometers sunk into the earth where wildlife roams freely, in an isolated habitat. Both the view down into the crater and exploring its mineral rich floor are experiences to treasure. Adventurers get the chance to spot the Big 5 and the many roaming predators. Here, they will also get to explore the Ngorongoro Highlands and follow the ancient Masai trails to the top of the Olmoti crater.

ACTIVITIES

Big Five game drives happen almost every day, and often twice a day. Morning game drives head out at the crack of dawn, and in between spotting antelope and predators, there will be morning coffee and snacks in the bush. Afternoon drives head out after the heat of the day has passed and animals once again become active in finding their dinner. Return under the canopy of stars, or postpone the game drive until later and get a rare chance to meet the noctornal animals and sounds of the bush.

Note: Malaria precautions should be taken; Yellow Fever vaccination required if transferring through a South African border.
